"You staying with me this weekend?" Christian asked
"You know I am." I smiled
"Good. I miss you."
"I miss you too."
"Get a room." Ming gagged
"Shut up." I looked over at her
Christian laughed as he hopped off the trunk of his car. "My break is up. I'll text you when I get off." He leaned down and kissed me. "See you later." He walked off
"You going with me to my piano lesson?" I looked at Ming. "Or do you want me to drop you off?"
"I'll go." She shrugged. "Better than sitting at home."
"Let's go." I got in on the driver's side of my car.
The music studio was right down from the mall so I didn't have to worry about traffic too much.
"Why do you have these lessons again?" Ming asked
I sighed. "I don't know. My mom signed me up when I was little. She knew I could sing at a young age so she tried to put me into everything involving music, the piano just stuck with me." I shrugged
I pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car. I pressed the buzzer on the building to be let inside.
Me and Ming walked up to the third floor and entered the studio.
"Hey Ms. Alicia." I smiled
"Hey. You made it on time." She joked

"What we doing today?" I laughed
"Well, I spoke with your mother earlier and she wants you to work on your vocals as well as playing the piano. So, I thought, since I'm a pianist and vocal coach, we might as well do it together. I got the music sheets here for you and you can play and sing along."
"For what song?"
"Best part by Daniel Caesar. I hear you singing it all the time." She handed me the sheets
"Cool. This should be easy." I sat down in front of the piano.
2 hours later
"I just wanna see how beautiful you are You know that I see it I know you're a star Where you go I follow No matter how far"
I sung through the song one last time before the end of my session.
"Your voice is so pretty." Ming commented. "You should really sing more often."
