Chapter 21

I bid my wife farewell as she walked through the portal to heaven and I walked back to my throne room

Once I arrived I sat down on my throne, pondering on what to do

{Sonic's Pov}

I felt tired and sore all over, how do mortals deal with this pain?

I screamed and jumped and ended up falling off the bed I was on, when a flash of light went off in tails lab

I rubbed my head in pain, I looked at where the flash had been and saw Chaos and Tikal...this is not going to end well

The door to the lab opened and Scourge was the first one I saw, his eyes widened and he began to back away and hid behind Zonic, who was looking around the room, anywhere but at Chaos

" what have the three of you gotten yourselves into? And give me a good reason not to tell May " Chaos tapped his foot impatiently as he wait for an answer

Our eyes widened, were screwed if he tells Mum

" Please don't tell Mum, it's my fault this happened..." my ears lowered as I looked at Chaos

He turned to me and waited for me to give him a better reason

" someone sent hell hounds to collect the chaos emeralds, along with vampires and witches " Scourge stated as he still hid behind Zonic still

" what?" Tikal frowned

" someone wants those emeralds and there from hell, Dad wouldn't do this because he cares about the peace treaty, that's a big no n-" I cut Zonic off

" Mephilies..." I looked at Chaos, everyone went still and looked at me

" he's your uncle, why would h-" Tikal was cut off by Shadow

" a few years ago he tricked Silver into trying to kill Faker, but later on he attacked us " Shadow stated

" and killed me, if it weren't for Silver's quick thinking, Heaven and Hell would be at war and everything destroyed " I finished for him, I looked towards my brother's and they were wide eyed and pale

" the time line had been erased afterwards, I sent them back to hell and they remain there still, the chaos emeralds is what they want to get out and finish what me and my brothers started " I continued, the pain in my...Silver's body started to burn, I felt like I was on fire

" what did you three start?" I heard Silver ask

" peace between the three realms of this dimension, an ever lasting peace, unless we all die, then war will break out and be the end of us all " Zonic stated as he pushed Scourge away from him

I frowned and lowered my ears when they looked at me, I'm not getting out of this one any time soon
