Chapter 7

Taehyung POV

I'm feeling really bad for telling everyone what just happened between those two, so I decide to go to the dining room to apologize to Misun.

I walk in slowly, because I'm kind of embarrassed about this whole thing, but wait...are those tears??

No, I probably made those tears!!

I rush past Jimin who's just standing there, practically running to get to Misun...

As I bend down and hug her tightly, I whisper to her.

"I'm so sorry! You just got here and now I already made things awkward! Jimin's right, I am a idiot!"

I hear Jimin apologize to her as well, but she must've glared at him or something because he then quickly backs away...

"Sorry, sorry.."

I hear him walk out of the room, so I let her go.

"No, Taehyung it's not about that..."

I can't help but sigh.

I felt so bad! I thought she was going to quit her new directing job because of me!

"Then what's the matter, sweetheart?"

She takes a deep breath.

"That kiss he gave me...i-it reminded me of my father..it was so..loving like his..."

She looks like she's going to cry again, oh no...

"What happened to your father?"

Maybe I shouldn't have asked that! Aaah!! My curiosity took over me...

"Last week...he-he..gave me a kiss like that be-before leaving to go to work...and...and then."

No...

"Oh Misun!"

She's sobbing uncontrollably now... this makes my heart break seeing her like this...

Aish. She gets beaten up, ends up at our house, Jin asked her to stay for dinner, and that led to so many stupid things.

What should I do? Dinner is done and Jin will come in here with the food in no time, but she's sobbing...

I decide to go to the living room to grab a blanket real quick.

"What are you doing Tae?"

He laughs.

"Don't worry about it, Namjoon."

I take the blanket to Misun and put it over her head.

"Tae, what are you doing?"

I make her stand up and guide her through the kitchen with that blanket still over her head, so no one can see her crying.
