Chapter Fifteen: Little White Lies

SORRY FOR THE LATE UPDATE! I JUST CAME BACK FROM A TWENTY HOUR ROAD TRIP AND I WAS TOO TIRED TO UPDATE, BUT REGARDLESS I'M BACK FROM VACATION! HOPEFULLY I WILL BE ABLE TO UPDATE MORE REGULARly, AND THE CHAPTERS WILL BE LONGER

READ THIS BEFORE YOU READ THE CHAPTER

READ THIS: I'm going to warn you a head of time that even though there is a party scene it isn't those cliche party scenes where the main character gets drunk and sleeps with someone. I don't focus on the party because honestly I haven never been to a high school party and this story isn't suppose to focus on "typical high school stuff"

With that said this chapter is more deep and I understand that the past chapters have been deep, but I really want it to focus on Rose and her past plus how she has change and grown. The next chapters will now be filled with funny scenes and drama.

Chapter Fifteen: Little White Lies

I was waiting for Elliot to come out of the shower. God I swear this guy is worse than a girl. I sat at the hood of the car watching everyone laugh and smile as they got out driving to Leo's epic party.

"Hey, can I talk to you?" I snapped my head towards Sareen's direction.

"What's up?" I said pushing myself off of Elliot's car.

"It's about Luke." She stated. I really tried to not roll my eyes with the mention of his name.

"I don't really care for the name." I told her honestly because I didn't. Luke was beyond annoying I wish I could just strangle him. He always knows how to push my buttons with everything he did.

"I know you're mad at him-" I cut Sareen off.

"I'm furious Sareen. He deliberately messed with my brother." Sareen let out a deep breath in frustration.

"He did it for Blaine. His best friend." I know, I already talk to Blaine about how I should view the situation from everyone's perspective. Okay so maybe I wasn't mad at Luke about the whole Willow situation. I was probably angry at him for getting it on with my sister.

"Look Rose, do you know why I befriended you." She asked pulling her wrist band as she avoided eye contact from me.

"Because you thought I was cool." I joked.

"No. It was because of Luke." I just stared at her in total confusion. What was that even supposed to mean.

"Remember when Blaine got really defensive with you the first time we met and I told him to back off. He kind of hinted I did this more than once. I mean I befriend multiple people for Luke."

"What do you mean you befriended people to help Luke? What does that even mean?"

"Luke needed someone who understands share emotional traumatic events in their life, and that's kind of hard to find with teenagers. He just needs to know that he isn't the only one with problems or has to deal with a parent's death. That's why I befriended you hoping that Luke could see this." I just stared at her in shock.

"Are we even friend? Or are your still using me?" Was my friendship with all the people in the group my own hallucination? Did they even think of me as there friend or just using me for Luke's benefit.
