"I was a viking, strong, and was known across the lands" Hidan started as he held out his hand to resemble the far lands "My sister was a shield maidan fighting alongside me each raid giving us the name death duo--Stupid I know but back then it was cool"
I giggled seeing his flustered face "One day, we raided a new land in the north, a small kingdom run by monks"
"Like the monks we have here?" I asked
He nodded his eyes darting to deidara who also seemed interested in this story "Yes, these monks devoted themselves to god, some christian god way, way back in the day. They are virgins, devoted to a pure life but they had so much gold and silver, so, we raided and killed, bathed in their blood and partied on their land of their so called church of god"
Hidan made a face of disguest shaking his head "I believed in my gods, but their god was just awful! But when we took our leave, I saw him, Jashin"
So Jashin was real, now I was more curious to meet this so called immortal god of Hidan's. "He was covered in a cloack of darkness but I remembered his eyes, they were the color of mine now, fusia, and when we made contact, they turned red. I pointed him out to my sister thinking he could be an enemy but she shrugged it off saying she has seen him before and he just watches"
"I believed he was a god after that because noone else saw him" Hidan took his pendant holding it like it was everything to him "We saw him again after the raid in our own village, he was in the corner watching us party and the hair on my neck stood, I knew he was dangerous!"
His eyes darkened "I went home to the house my sister and I shared after a night worth drinking and found her, dead, stabbed in the chest surrounded by the symbol I hold in my hands, with that man standing over her"
Hidan quickly slouched "He kicked my ass, I thought I was the best in the land but was so easily defeated! And when I thought he was going to kill me too, I heard a giggle, one belonging to my sister whom I saw dead leaning over me, she told me to take her hand and join her and this new god, to abandon our village and serve for Jashin as an immortal"
"So" I said slowly roliing my hand for him to go on "You took the deal?"
He nodded letting the necklace slip from his hold and go back to his chest "I did, he took us back to his land, trained us for years and while I became second in command next to him, my sister married him. I was happy, but missed the land we came from, and then Jashin came through again and showed us he gave immortality to our village, and that is about it"
"But" he went on smirking "My village is still up and running, hidden up in the mountains and when my sister visits we normally head there to drink and have fun--as well as raid!"
Holy shit, Hidan seemed to live a very long eventful life "So how many adventures did you go on?"
His smile was breath taking, making my look away with a blush, I had to admit, he was very handsome. "Tons, I remember them all, if you ever want to hear them I would be more thna happy to share them"
"Damn Hidan" Deidara shouted "Who knew you had an interesting past!"
I nodded "No wonder the Akatsuki wanted you, speaking of this group, how did you join?" I wanted to know how he became a member of this criminal organization
Hidan groaned smacking his face "They wanted me to join, and offered me tons of sacrifice's for my lord but I said no, so they challanged me and I lost and had no choice but to join. So far, it has been a dissapointment"
