Mine chapter 1

Liz-Marie

" I don't know why you just don't leave his dumb ass Liz. I mean you know that nigga playing you so why stick around". I was on the phone with my best friend Destiny. She was telling me that I should leave Aubrey because he's cheating on me. But to be honest I'm not even sure if he is. I haven't even asked him.

The only reason why I think this is because every night he goes straight to the shower. He doesn't even give me a kiss or a hug. Not even a hello, he just runs straight to be shower. I already packed a bag because I expect the worse from him. All he does is lie. So at this point I don't need that especially while I'm pregnant.

Yeah I'm pregnant. I didn't even get a chance to tell him. He's always out, and when he do come home it's just shower and then bed time. I don't get a chance to ask him how his day went or the chance to tell him I was pregnant. But it wasn't always like this. This just started happening about 2 months ago.

" Mhm yeah girl I have to call you back Aubrey just walked in" It was relatively early for Aubrey to be home. It was 12:30 am and he's usually here by 4 or 5 am.

" Whatever" she said hanging up.

I got up from the bed and put on my white silk robe to cover my half naked body. I didn't know if he had any company or not.

When I got down stairs I found him in the kitchen going through the fridge looking through old take out bags of food. " Are you hungry" I asked quietly. He didn't turn his whole body around to look at me. He just looked over his shoulder. I felt his eyes scan my body making me do the same to his. He looked so good. His hair was growing, his lips looked plumped. It sounds crazy to say that you haven't kissed your boyfriend of 3 years in about a month and a half.

" Yeah" he said. Turing his body around to face me .

I didn't say anything, I just started at him. And he did the same. " Come here" he said quietly. I shook my head no. He looked at me like I was crazy. " No? Liz-Marie come here" he said sternly. Oh did I forget to mention that he's a king pin and doesn't like being told no. "No drake " I said Turing around walking away. I felt so scared walking away from him like that. I hardly ever talk back to him.

Not because I'm scared of him. I'm scared of what he might do. I could hear his big footsteps walking behind me as I walked up the stairs. I guess he was closer than I thought cause as soon as I got in the room he grabbed me by my arm and pushed me against the wall. He didn't say anything he just stared at me. I could smell the weed and liquor on his breath he was so close.

" What did you just say to me" he asked

" get away from me Aubrey" I said trying to push him off

" Or what Liz what are you gonna do. You think I'm hurting you? You don't know what the fuck pain is. You think you can stop me if I really wanted to hurt you huh!!? Who's gonna save you baby girl. Who? Nobody'. You're mines forever Liz-Marie"...
