Florian Munteanu, is a German actor of Romanian descent. He is known for his role of the boxer Viktor Drago in Creed II and Creed III, the son of former Soviet boxer Ivan Drago, from 1985's Rocky IV. He also portrayed Razor Fist in the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Wikipedia
