Venom has done enough. Peter has nothing left in him. He gasp for air having taken too many hits. This is it for him. He grabs a tanker smashing it on Eddie. The symbiote dies killing Eddie with it. But the explosion blows Peter into a car. He coughs blood and looks up at you smiling sadly.
