Dangerous Love

Chapter 3

Owen's POV

It's been 2 weeks since the incident, Ethan you really had me worried. I want you to meet someone, please wake up. Ever since that day, I have been in here as much as possible. It's been a few days since his gang arrived. To be honest not the most wonderful time.

Flashback

I headed  inside the hospital to visit Ethan and when I went to the Nurse to tell her I was visiting, I couldn't since a group of people were blocking the way. They were all yelling at the Nurse, she couldn't even figure out who she should listen to. I was waiting for them to move and it was annoying I started to walk towards them. But in that moment, someone pushed me out of the way and stood behind the group. Who???

"Don't be dumb, you read the letter. He wants us to be safe and we already have the next leader in place. It did say that if anything happened to him such as being put in the hospital to move on and forget about him being the boss." He spoke.

I scanned his body to see if there was any clue to who he was and if the group has any name. I finally found a tattoo. Shit, it's Ethan's gang. Only according to them, he wrote a letter presumably he would have told them that he was resigning as the leader since he was working a lot before he got shot to the head. I realized that I was in trouble. I need to cover up my tattoo. I can't be seen meddling around Ethan. I wrapped my scarf around the tattoo and made my way forward to the Nurse. I might have to skip out on Ethan but I have a question for Doctor Williams.

"Here to see your friend again." She asked. I shook my head in reply. "Okay, I assume you want to see his doctor." 

"Yes, if he is available." I replied. With that I caught the attention of Silver Vipers. That was the last thing I needed. But talk about being saved. My phone rung. 

"Officer Walker, you are needed back at the station. Captain's  Cadets are not doing what they are supposed to and they won't listen to us." After Chief was done I hung up. 

"Nurse, you don't have to get Doctor Williams. I have to get back and resolve an issue that my friend would want it to be done." I stopped her from going to get the doctor.

"Cadets?" She asked.

"I am afraid so, they seemingly need to be taught a lesson and I am not in a very good mood today. Will you at least up this in his room?" I replied. She simply nodded at my request. After I walked out of the building I realized that I was being followed.

"Who are you and what do you want?" I barked at them.

"Nothing, we were just curious about this friend of yours. What's his name?" One of them asked.

"I will not answer that question of yous but judging the way you are acting. I better refrain from any further unnecessary questions. Besides I am not the one who will be yelled at. I can't be since I am more like a brother to him then a friend. Hope that answered your question." I replied and with that they left.

End of Flashback

That day was a close one, I need to keep my guard up. Please don't let me run into them again.

Scott's POV

Everyday, I visit that boy Ethan Meyers according to his friend. I really don't care for patients name usually. But he is different he receives so much attention that his whole group of 'friends' as they claim were here. And of course his friend who is more like a brother comes to visit everyday when he has time. Why? Why do I care so much about this boy? He doesn't have anything to do with my life. My shift was over for today so I asked a Betty those are the new nurses we call around here. I asked one to get me a visitation form and let no one come into this patients room even if it's Owen.

"Here you are." She spoke. I quickly filled out the form and went into the room.

"Ethan, we may not have known each other but I feel like we have, please wake up. Your friends and your sister is worried about you. As it turns out the DNA test came back with a 100% match." I spoke to him.

This kind of seemed stupid to be doing this. Again why am I here? I have a wife to get back to, oh wait never mind I don't. I remembered that we are no longer together.

"Please Ethan wake up, not for my sake but for your friends and family. I miss you." I added after a while.
