I thanked Kakashi for the ramen and walked back to my house.

"Darkness"

That's what he had said. Everyone in the ANBU has..darkness.

But what about Itachi? He was only like 13 or so, he can't! He was too young...why would he...

I...maybe I did have darkness. I just sighed and brushed it off. I unlocked my door and  stepped in, kicking off my shoes and shrugged off my uniform. Then, I made my way to my kitchen and grabbed a drink.

I sat relaxing, watching TV on my couch, and I heard a knock at the door. I sighed and stood up, putting down my drink and grabbing a sweatshirt so I actually looked presentable.

I opened the door to find Shisui, standing there with his stupid smile.

"Hey (Y/N)!" He said, I could feel the happiness radiating off of him. I couldn't help but smile.

"Hello, what are you doing here so late?" I stepped aside so he could come in.

He just shrugged and complied to my offer.

"I guess I just wanted to know how the mission went. I heard from Itachi that you were great! That true?"

I sighed and his smile faded into concern. "What's wrong?"

"I-yes it's true but..well it's nothing. It's fine."

"Ugh, come on (Y/N), you can tell me! I'm your friend aren't I?" He led me to the couch and sat next to me.

I just shook my head with a fake smile. "Really, Shisui, it's fine. I'm just tired."

His face changed from concern to determination. "I'm sorry (Y/N), I guess you really are fine. And if that's the case, at least give me a hug for your first ANBU mission!"

"Um okay..?" I leaned forward to hug him and nearly fell off the damn couch when he jabbed his hands into my sides and began tickling me.

This bitch-

"I will get the answer out of you!" He declared loudly.

I couldn't control my laughing and my sides began to hurt. I had to stop this.

I tried kicking and I tried to push him off, but it didn't work.

So instead I repeatedly shouted 'Stop.'

In return, all I got was his laughter and a shit-eating grin.

"Y-you...bastard!" I pushed his hand off of my side and he fell on top of me, and just like all those cheesy movies, his lips landed on mine.

We just stared into each others' eyes until he finally registered what was happening and shot up from the couch, his face red.

"I-I uh...I gotta go. I forgot to um...vacuum..." And he bolted out the door, leaving me laying there, messy and confused.

What an idiot.
