That summer you changed me

You made me a version of you

A version of you that I loved

Your vocabulary slowly slipped into mine

and its still implanted in my words

Your still left in my curves

I let you in that summer

I gave you everything I even when I had nothing left

We were tied like a bow

We ruled the world

And that's  how I ever expected it to go

Sometimes I miss you

Sometimes I wish I would have kept you

But sometimes, it's just better to forget you
