Nights are where we thrive,
Talking about life and shit,
It's when I find the realness.
And you stop putting up a front,
Giving me every little thought your mind wanders to.
Under the stars,
You finally shine your way to me,
The moon has many phases,
And so do you.
But each night I spend with you,
I catch a glimpse of the person you hide so well.
When will the nighttime you,
Become something real?
I want you in my arms,
But you're only in my dreams.
