All Hamilton fans should bee disgusted. I found this on Pinterest and am regretting being alive.

Mkay so the rest of this part with probably turn into a rant about Broadway because I'm a Geek 🤓.

So everyone in the Dear Evan Hansen fandom tries to justify Larry's actions, and you either hate him or love him. But it is to my understanding that the writers made him a crappy person and a terrible parent and tried to use To BReAk In A Glove to redeem him but I mean it's not even a GOOD metaphor. We missed Bedroom Down the Hall for THIS? A song about a baseball glove? From a guy who basically emotionally neglected his kid? WHY?

Larry literally told Connor he had no issues so Connor had to struggle on his own until it became too much for him. That's why he died, Larry, not "for attention" (an ACTUAL quote from Act II btw). Larry didn't even grieve for Connor! He just was kinda sad. Cynthia fell apart till Evan gave them the emails, and Zoe had legitimate reasons for not missing Connor. Larry just forgot him, basically. This kid who was such a trouble maker who just needed help died and Larry is like "so what do I do now?"

Maybe cry over your freaking son, Larry.

Snape dies. Everyone forgives him over that but like ??? That doesn't undo the damage he did??? Snape still bullies his students. Larry still neglected Connor. No amount of regret will change that. And with Larry it felt forced. He cared, genuinely cared about Evan. That doesn't bring Connor back and doesn't make him a decent parent or even a good person.

Larry is a big oof. End of story. Fight me.
