Earlier that day:

Marinette and Alya were walking down the corridor having just finished the last lesson of the day.

"I'm gonna do it, I'm going to confess to Adrien!" Marinette blurted to Alya. Finally, she was going to do it, this was the moment. It had taken her three years to build the courage to confess to Adrien.

"You got this girl, there's no way he'll say no, I mean, you're the sweetest person alive! Besides, he already wrote you that poem on Valentines, so he obviously has feelings for you!" Alya said. Alya was basically Marinette's number one cheerleader. She had been the one to convince Marinette that she had to go for it in the first place.

"Thanks Alya, but you promise that you'll let me do the talking? I need to do this myself."

"Don't worry girl, I know the agreement, I can only stand at least a hallway or so behind you, and be inconspicuous about any filming!"

"What?!?! NO, you can't film this, I'll get so nervous... AGH what if this is a mistake! What if he rejects me and thinks I'm weird and then I'll be labeled as a pervert and never find love and I'll be released from jail when I'm old and dying and be alone forever..." Marinette said, now realizing how terrible of an idea this was.

"Girl, CALM DOWN! Quit hyperventilating, you'll be fine just go for it, come on Juliet, go get your Romeo! And speaking of Romeo, there he is!" Sure enough, there Adrien was. He was walking down the hallway with Nino. Alya glanced around, there didn't seem to be anyone else. It was go time. Quickly, Alya texted Nino what was going on, it would be easier to deal with Adrien and her boyfriend if he knew what was happening. Alya glanced back up at the two boys. From the looks of it, Nino was making some excuse to get Adrien to go back to the now empty classroom. She didn't even think of that! Guess she was right to let him in on the battle plan. "Hey Marinette, now's your chance! The classroom's completely empty, you can go and confess now."

"I don't think this is a good idea, maybe we could wait until tommor-"

"No! It's now or never, go get your prince girl!" And with that, Alya shoved a very reluctant Marinette into the classroom. Pulling out her phone, Alya sat back and watched the show start.
