CHAPTER#4💔Broken Promise

(Y/n's POV)
After walking for god knows how long. We finally arrived in front of a door that drake opened for me and the 'gentlemen ' that he is ,he gestured for me to go in first with a little bow

I gave him a smile and walked in as my heels clanked against the white tiled up floor as soon as drake closed the door ,I saw that...

"Holy...macaroni cheese..''

There was a room that had candles lighted up on specific corner and shelves of the room. A table with a clean white cloth and on top of it was a red candle that was already burning. Two white plates ,forks and spoons perfectly placed with handkerchiefs on each side..I just watched as I finally and mentally punched my self...

HE MADE THIS INTO A DATE CANDLE LIGHT LUNCH!?!

I frowned in annoyance as drake went up ahead and pulled up one of the chairs and looked up at me with a ....weird emotion in his eyes..

"Oh! Uhh..sorry ,I'm just...speechless..why all these...preparation for..we just need to eat lunch that's all''

I walked and sat down as he pushed the chair under my butt and sat across me..coughs..in front of me with a weird looking face. I need to break this awkward staring .oh I know!

Welp. I just triggered his mad side huh? But ,garcia said that of these occurance of Eddie becoming that black parasite evolving thing after he ESCAPED drakes research facility. Whatever happened to Eddie that night here...is what gave him that inhuman power. I was lost in my thoughts . poor Eddie, first his job and then his fiance leaving him when they were so near to the marriage and now the entire police force is after him...counting me and my team
