Tessa's P. O. V As soon as my alarm rings I have to wake up. First day of school after winter breaks. I pull off my covers and place my legs on the floor. I'm exited but curious about school band selection. I want to be the main lead. I want what I deserve. I have been practicing for it since 2 years.

I enter my school without noticing anyone, even if I know them. I'm sporting a white top with a denim jeans. I'm absolutely not good at fashion. As I enter my class I see my best friend. She is the best buddy I can ever find in this whole world. "Hi! Tessi. How's life?"she say holding my hands. "Hey!cass.What about you?" I say.

"Fine. Do you know today's our band selection." she says pointing at her violin. "Yeah. I'm wishing go be the main lead" I say. "Of course, you'll be" she says smiling at me. " By the way,what's the first class" I ask. " I think it's biology" she says making a weird face. " I love bio, but let me settle my desk first" I say as our bio teacher Mr. Machaenzie's brother dated her for 1 year and broke up because he saw her talking to to another school guy when he was bringing her a glass of apple juice. Haha haha😂😂😂

We move out of our classes for lunch. We finished our lunch and move to the music room. " I'm afraid" Cass says holding my hand very tight. "it's okay. Chill out" I say knowing that I'm also scared. We sit on our benches and try to peep in the sheets. Is our name there or not? " Good afternoon students, how are you feeling all?" Mr. Mason says. He is the best teacher ever. " As we all know today's our selection day. ALL READY!!" he says my heart beat fasten. I'm shaking. I want to be the main lead.
GOD!!! "Our main lead will be Tessa Williams" He says and my eyes fills with happiness. "Thank you Sir. I had been practicing for it since 2 years and now I've got" I say and everyone starts clapping.
I'm so happy!!!!
" Tessi congrats" Cass says pulling me in a tight hug. "Same to you. You are the second lead" I say and she jumps when she pulls out.
We both are very happy.
" Tessa and Cassey, tomorrow will be a very special day. And you have to be prepared for that" Mr.Mason says. "What's special tomorrow?" I ask. "A concert" he says.
OH COOL!!!
"Let's see who's coming tomorrow. I'm exited" I say to Cass. "I'm exited too". She says as we step out of our school.
I reach my home in 30 minutes.
I change my clothes and run to my mums room.
"Hi sweetie" mum says when I enter. " Hey mum you know I got selected for the bands main lead" I say and she smiles wide. She looks cute. "I already know that you are the best singer in this whole world". Mom says as she envelops me in hug. "Thanks mum. I love you" I say pulling out. I ask mum for my phone and she gives it to me and I start checking my instagram.

I then practice for tomorrow's performance with that special celebrity. I started singing my favorite song :

As I'm done with my practices. So I'm gonna text Cass. TESSI: Hi Cass whatcha doing?
CASS: Hey just done with my practice.You?
TESSI: Same.
CASS: I'm wondering who's coming tomorrow for the concert. Can you guess?
TESSI: You know I'm very bad at guessing. So don't ask me for a guess.
CASS: I think I should.guess. Justin Bieber or Ed Sheeran or Shawn mendes or Bruno Mars or..... I can't. Sorry.
TESSI: it's okay same thing happens to me as well.
CASS: haha. Sorry I have to go for my violin lessons. It's 7:00pm.
TESSI: okay. Play well. Bye.

As I put my phone beside me. I think about tomorrow. I'm going to sing with a celebrity. I'm exited but who's that celeb.
I go to my room and stated watching my favorite series on Netflix. After an hour I lay down on my bed thinking about tomorrow's concert and went to a deep sleep.
