Mia was a Chinese girl who moved to America.She starts high school soon.
Everyone there doesn't like her because her eyes are different than theirs.
One day at lunch Mia was sitting alone when suddenly a girl who was half Chinese and half Mexican asked if she could sit with her.
"Hello can I sit here?" asked the girl
"Sure" Mia replied
"My name is Skyler you can call me sky"
"Hi sky my name is Mia"
"So your new here"
"Yeah"
"When I first came here everybody didn't like me and now they do"
"You mean they bullied you"
"Well no but they never talked to me"
"that's how I feel"
"do you want to come over to my house today"
"Ok but I have to text my mom first"
"Since we have the same schedule for next period want to walk to class together"
"Sure"
They walked to class and when school ended Mia went over to Skylers house and they became BFF's.
