George's POV

I walked inside with a pissed look on my face. I hated the guard for ruining my time with (Y/n). I looked at the guard with cold eyes.

"What"

I said with a monotone voice

"Your Highness. I'm sorry for interrupting your time, but Sir Seabury asked me to find you." He said

"Ughh this is nonsense. I'll cut off this head if this is not important." I said with an anger tone.

The guard stayed silent till we reached my office.

He entered my office-- me following behind.

"What is it now Seabury!?" I asked now in an angry voice

"Your Highness! We received a letter." He said with a scared tone.

"What letter? From who? Be more specific Seabury you're wasting my time." I asked clearly pissed

"A letter from Washington." He said with fear written in his eyes.

I knew it was the americans but a letter for declaration? I never thought Washington would send a letter first.

"It's time. Tell the guards to get ready for battle."

Seabury looked at me with shock

"N-now?" He asked shaking

"No tomorro-- OF COURSE NOW! You blinkard!  Tell them to prepare our guns and canons!" I shouted

"Y-yes sir!" He said

"And also tell them to ready my suit." I left the room in search for (Y/n).

I need to tell her what's happening. I need her to be safe, away from these american wazzocks. This is giving me a headache.

I walked around the castle searching for (Y/n) when finally, I saw her in the garden.

I went up behind her and suprised her with a hug.

Your POV

I was looking out of the balcony, admiring the beautiful view of the green fields. My eyes wonder to the castle's pool, right beside it was a big garden.

I didn't know that there was a garden.

I decided that I'll go the the castle's garden, since standing here and staring out the balcony made me bored. George won't bother me going there right?

I paced my walk towards the garden, excited to see the beautiful flowers. I've heard that the gardener takes really good care of them.

Well duh! He is serving for a formidable person.

I went inside the garden it was really breath taking.

The flowers look so alive and healthy, specially the sunflowers. The way the sunflowers stands out from the rest makes me wanna touch it. Before I could even touch it, a pair of hands were wrapped around my waist and pulled me back.

I was shocked at first but then I notice his scent. His scent smells so sweet and strong. He nuzzled his face in my neck.

"Hey" George said

"Hmm~ Hi" I replied him, moaning a little

"Do you like the flowers?"

"Yeah, the gardener did a great job keeping them alive, with the situation and all" I giggled

I felt his smile over my neck, his breath roamed

"I have to tell you something (Y/n)" I removed his arms

I turned around to face him

"What's wrong?" I asked, clearly with a worried look

"The war is about to start. Now I want you to listen to me, okay?" I stared at my eyes

"Okay."

"I want you to be safe, seabury's going to take you somewhere far from here. Don't worry I'll be back with victory in my hands" He smirked at me

"But George, I don't want you to get hurt. I'm coming with you!" I forced

"No, (Y/n). I want You to be safe. I don't want to see you get hurt okay? Just please trust me. I won't get hurt." He smiled

"Ok... Fine" I said

Lying

"Your Majesty. We've prepared your suit." I guard came up to him

"Tell them to ready up the canons for tomorrow" He replied

He looked at me and gave me a peck in the lips.

"I'll be safe I promise." I stared at me with his loving eyes

I smiled and kissed him deeply. We pulled apart. He smiled and went inside the castle.

I'm not going to let him kill himself. He is not the only one I worry about. I worry my father too, even though they don't listen to what I say. I still love my father. I need to end this war. But how?

I need to make a way
