Ch. 42 Results Of Forgotten Mistakes

Ivan's POV

I wish I could see the looks on all of Lucinda's friends when they wake up in the morning. That's what Lucinda gets for denying me when I asked her out again. If only she'd forgiven me, then I wouldn't have messed with the lives and relationships of her friends. They won't be able to remember anything about tonight after drinking that alcohol that I put a memory spell on.

Your POV

The Next Morning

I wake up with a terrible headache. What happened last night? I thought to myself. Then I realized that I was naked with someone in my arms. I glanced at them expecting to see Jenny, but instead it was....Dottie?! Oh no. Oh no. Oh no! I slept with Dottie?! I'm engaged, what was I thinking? I thought to myself.
I tried to get up without waking her up, but I unfortunately fail. Dottie wakes up and looks at me confused. Then she realized that we had slept together. We both apologize about what happened, even though neither of us remembered any of it. We both started getting dressed, when Dottie suddenly gasped.
I instantly asked her what it was. She looks at me and says, "I was on my period. You may have gotten me pregnant." I instantly whimper at what she said. "I'm so sorry, Dottie," I said. She replied, "It's okay, everyone got really drunk last night. Let's just keep it a secret between us."
I nod and say, "Let's finish getting dressed and find the others." She nodded and we both finished putting our clothes on. I open the bedroom door and I realized that I was in my own house. But the last thing I remember was the ball dropping at Aphmau and Aaron's house. How did I end up here? I thought.
Dottie and I go downstairs and hear thump come from the hallway closet. I open it and someone came tumbling out. When I look to see who it fell on top of me, I see Aphmau, in her underwear, looking confused.
"Where are the rest of your clothes, Aph?" I asked. She shrugged, and the 3 of us looked all over my house, but none of us had any luck. I let her borrow a pair of Aaron's pants that he had left behind, along with one of my white T-shirts.
Then the 3 of us went over to Aphmau and Aaron's house to see if we could find anyone else. When we got there, we immediately noticed that the place was a complete mess.
While Dottie helped Aphmau clean up the mess in the kitchen, I searched upstairs for anyone else that might still be here. After I had checked every room except the master bedroom, I decided that I needed to check that one, despite the feeling that I would regret finding whatever I found in there.
I opened the door and saw something that made me feel relieved. I saw Jenny peacefully sleeping alone in the bed. So she didn't sleep with somebody else last night, I thought to myself. Then I remembered something that made me feel really sad and upset. She didn't sleep with somebody else, but I did. I cheated on my own fiancée. Sure, I don't remember any of it, but I still slept with Dottie. We were naked, too! How could she possibly love me after this? I turned around and ran back to my house crying, after what I had just realized.

Dottie's POV

As I'm helping Alpha, I mean Aphmau, clean up her house, I see Y/N run out of the house crying. I guess he saw something upsetting upstairs. Whatever it was, it made him so upset that his ears and tail were showing without him even noticing. What could have made Y/N that upset? I thought.
I went upstairs and found Jenny peacefully sleeping in the master bedroom by herself. So she didn't sleep with somebody else, but─Oh no! Y/N slept with me! He must hate himself. Maybe if I explain to Jenny what happened and tell as much as I know, maybe she won't be mad at me nor at Y/N, I thought to myself.

Will Jenny understand the circumstances and forgive you and Dottie? Or is your engagement over along with your relationship? And who do you think it was that put a spell on the alcohol? And where are the others?
