A/M: agh I just can't bring myself to write the Akashi Lemon! Too much for my Midorima one that I think my other lemon attempts would be futile. So I randomly remembered a request!

To make a part to for my Akashi One-Shot (Vermillion and Pristine)!

Errr... I dunno if this is on the same level of the prequel but I hope you enjoy this one as well. Maybe cry a little?

Warning, lots of pronoun confusion. Too lazy to edit on my iPod Lels XD

KNB One-Shot: Vermillion and Pristine (part 2) an Akashi Seijuro Story

Requested by @ChocoAkashi

Akashi, now the Captain ball of Rakuzan High just lost to Seirin High.

Even so his team mates are happy for the all out battle. Even his former team mates are. He was kinda back to his old self. A bit kinder, but his other self still lingers somewhere inside him.

More like, disappointment and guilt was eating him up. His own, and more like even if he loathes him, his father's obvious distaste of his defeat was too much for him. Sure, he was the emperor, but he wasn't invincible.

------

The familiar scent of tropic and urbanization

The noise of modernization and old history

I am back, all well and better than before

I am back for a purpose

But would I be ever ready or prepared?

Can I even manage to face him and say something?

Would all my extreme efforts to become "better" in a year enough?

I was very hopeful

"I'm back, Akashi. This is the new me, the new (Y/N)."

------

Even if Akashi says he is ok and his basketball practice was continuous, it was clearly obvious to the people around him that he is a bit... disturbed.

On some occasions he would even space out or trip of even lose when he is playing shogi against himself.

And others were unaware that he has even became much more aggressive if provoked. Self harming often happens by cutting himself on places unseen.

Amidst all of this, he realized what, or rather who made him like this.

It was her, (Y/N). Right after she left, and what she left in him was regret and questions.

Is it him being absolute and all knowing that made him into what he is now? A monster? A ruthless and unmerciful person?

Sure, his father had high expectation on him, being the only son and successor of their corporation. But his father wasn't anything like he was now before his mother died.

So that day, he thought that people change when they are left behind. And that was what exactly (Y/N) did to him.

She was his weakness. She was his drug. She was what he needs to keep himself together.

Am I the one at fault?

Would it actually matter who it is?

Would it also matter if I would to blame someone?

Or I am really the one to blame?

Looking all tough and as I kept doing what I usually do.

But I was definitely broken and disturbed.
