The Proposal

2 years later after 6 months of not seeing Henry due to work when he came home he surprised me when he opened the door

Henry: honey I'm home
Elizabeth: Henry it's so wonderful to see u again (I said happily as I hug him)
Henry: I've got a surprise planned for u and u will love it
Elizabeth: can u tell me anything about it
Henry: I can and will say that its a dinner date in celebration of our 2 year anniversary tonight
Elizabeth: u remembered our anniversary
Henry: of course I remembered and I got u something while I was working in Budapest
Elizabeth: what did u get me
Henry: you'll find out tonight

           (Flashback to month ago)
Henry and his friend Jason r going shopping for an engagement ring when they walk in the store Jason and 1 of the employees was helping Henry find a ring

Employee: my name is Tomi and I'm gonna be helping u so which 1 of u is gonna be proposing
Henry: I am
Employee: is there anything specific that ur looking for
Henry: just something that my gf will love

So Henry picked out a ring on there way out Jason says something to Henry

Jason: ur girl is gonna love that ring
Henry: thank you for coming with me
Jason: that what friends r for

           (Back to the present day)
Henry was making reservations to some restaurant after everything was arranged Henry told me that the reservations has been made

Henry: our 2 year anniversary is gonna be amazing
Elizabeth: what happened
Henry: I just made reservations at Les Ombres
Elizabeth: can't wait for tonight

A few hours later it was time to go on our date so we got dressed and left to go to the restaurant we ordered our food then we ate after he paid the ticket then he told me something

Henry: meet me on the top of the Eiffel Tower in 5 minutes I'll text u when I'm ready for u
Elizabeth: ok

So Henry goes to the top of the tower and while I was waiting for him to text me I was wondering what he's up to a few minutes later Henry texts me saying he's ready for me so I go to the top to meet him and I see him so I walk to him and he started to express himself

Henry: hi beautiful
Elizabeth: hi babe
Henry: ur eyes look so beautiful in this moonlight just like u
Elizabeth: so why did u want to meet up here
Henry: because 2 years ago we had our 1st kiss in this very spot and I wanna ask u something but before I do I just wanna say that the past 2 years we been together I felt like I was the happiest man alive and I wanna continue to be

Then Henry takes the box with the ring in it out of his pocket as he's opening the box to show the ring he gets down on 1 knee and asks the biggest question of his life

Henry: Elizabeth will u marry me

I paused for a second to look at the ring and process what was going on and I was thinking about how much I mean to him and how much I love him so I gave him my answer

Elizabeth: I would love to marry u
Henry: so is that a yes
Elizabeth: yes

After I said yes Henry puts the ring on my finger and then he stands up we kissed to celebrate our engagement
