the day started off so normal, wake up, get ready for rehearsals, eat breakfast, go to rehearsals, take photos in front of building, get dressed and make up for rehearsals. it seemed all normal.
i didn't know my day was going to get so bad so quickly.... after rehearsals it was time to leave and rest, since we'd be back later the boys and i decided to leave our things here.
i hold mint and place her down in her case and close her up. "are you sure you don't want to take mint in case?"younghyun asked me, i turned to him. "who would walk into our dressing room while we're away and take mint, that's stupid"i say.
younghyun only nodded before we left to go eat chicken, requested by chicken little himself, jaehyung.
after eating and coming to return to the show, the boys and i spoke of multiple different things. songs, outfits, movies, shows and other sorts of things, i was the first one to see the whole mess that laid before me.
i opened the door with a big smile only for it to immediately drop. "w-what happened?"i say, the room was slightly trashed and what laid before me broke my heart. i walked in silently and held the broken pieces of my broken bass.
"hey! what happened to our dressing room!"i hear jae ask someone, "some fan ran backstage, they broke into multiple idols dressing rooms and broke multiple things, we'll fix any repairs that happened"the staff said.
"you can't fix this!"i yell holding up my bass. the bass guitar my mother gave me when i was a teenager, it was broken. i look at the area where i tuned my guitar, my mother signature snapped in half.
"you can't fix her..."i say before bursting in tears. younghyun was the first to rush to me and hug me, "m-my moms bass guitar...i-it's broken"i say crying. "h-hey we'll get a new one...we'll figure something out seoyeon"younghyun says.
"you can't do anything! you know how much that bass guitar meant to me! i don't want a new one! i should've just taken mint like you said! i'm stupid! i'm so fucking stupid!"i yelled hitting my head a couple of times.
jae ran over to me and stopped me from hitting myself more, "listen to me...we have a show in an hour, you'll have to suck it up. i'm sorry princess, but we'll have to buy you a new one. i know you don't want to, i know you don't want anything but mint, but...we can't fix her"jae says and i cry again.
he pulls me into a hug. "me and younghyun will come with you to buy a new one...okay?"he says and i nod, "in the mean time we have an extra. use that one okay?"he says and i nod again.
