Days passed,
Months passed.
We still were together,
Holding hands we walked with no fear,
And my mind could no more see clear.
All the movie nights,
The chocolate bites,
The florescent lights,
The pillow fights,
And the endless coffee nights,
All deepened my feelings for you,
All deepened my unbreakable trust on you,
And all this you very well knew.
There was a pit too deep,
I was at the bottom,
With the illusion that you were with me too,
But who knew,
All this time you were talking but not feeling.
And then suddenly from the bottom,
I said something again,
But no one replied,
I screamed,
I cried,
Still you didn't replied,
Cause you were long gone,
And just like that you easily said that I should move on,
On that day I realised that nothing ever happened just like that ,
All this time I assured we were meant to be,
But maybe all this time somewhere in my heart I knew,
I wanted us to be together,
Ever and forever............
