Fuckshit pulled into an empty parking lot of an old park.
"Let's go nigga." Fuckshit said, turning the car off and getting out.
Everyone had gotten out of the car with their boards in their hands. I looked around, looking at the empty lot.
"You look amazed." A small voice said to me, making me look up.
It was Fourth grade who told me that. He was way taller than me so I had to look up at him.
I laughed quietly, shaking my head.
"No... I've just never seen a park so empty you know... I'm new around here." I explained.
"Where are you from?" Fourth grade asked.
"I'm from Chicago... But... It wasn't home to me." I said shrugging, because it was true.
"Then what is home to you?" He asked quietly.
He looked so tall and a little muscular, but his voice was so small and quiet.
"I... I dont know yet." I answered with a sigh.
"Well I hope you find it." He said with a small smile, no longer looking at me.
I looked at him still, noticing a camera in his hand.
"Do you like to film?" I asked him.
The tall boy nodded, a little excited and smiled.
"Yeah, I like to film them while they're skating..." He explained.
"Cool, hopefully you can make a movie out of it one day." I told him out of encouragement.
"Come on!" Ruben said, making us walk faster and catch up to them.
We were no longer in the parking lot or the park either.
"This is fucking stupid Fuck shit." Ray said looking at Fuckshit.
We looked down at the hill that went down into the parking. Lots of cars were passing by on the street.
"Who knew that this would be the craziest thing I've ever done... On my first day here too." I said, looking at the hill.
"We'll been fine, stop bitchin'! Get the camera out Fourth grade!" Fuckshit said as he fixed the brown hoodie he had on.
"I don't think this is safe..." Ruben mumbled.
I put my hand on Ruben's shoulder.
"We'll be fine." I told him with a small smile.
"Okay..." Ruben nodded.
"I'll go first." Ray said, stopping Fuck shit and putting his board on the ground.
Fourth grade had also put his board down, following Ray so he can get a good shot.
Ray started to skate down the steep hill, Fourth grade following him behind. They had passed the cars, making sure to be careful.
"Come on down!" Ray yelled, standing next to Fourth grade at the bottom of the hill.
Ruben grabbed his skate board and walked in front of me.
"Hey," I said, grabbing his attention.
Ruben turned around and looked at me.
"You'll be fine." I said with a smile.
Ruben smiled and nodded at me before skating down the hill, going quickly.
"Fuck yeah!" Ruben yelled as he skated down next to Ray and Fourth grade.
It was only Fuckshit and me at the top now. Fuckshit looked at me before putting his board down.
"It was nice talking to you." Fuck shit said before starting to skate down.
As Fuck shit started to skate down, a car started to zoom right by him.
"Fuckshit watch out!" I yelled, grabbing the back of his hoodie to make him stop.
All of the boys looked at me and sighed in relief. Fuck shit turned around and looked at me. We were in the middle of the hill now in a stop.
"Fuck, shit... Thanks for saving me..." He said, looking down at his board.
"No problem... Couldn't let you die in front of me." I said with a weak laugh and a smile.
"Ima call you Scout," The mixed boy with curly hair told me, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"Why Scout?" I asked, looking at him.
"Because you always scouting and pointing shit out." He said with a goofy smile.
