"Can you please just calm down, whatever happens happens stop thinking so hard about it you'll be fine"

"But what if I'm not going to be what if they tear me apart?

"Girl how bad could it be either they like you or not who cares"

"Um me obviously?"

"Well duh , okay Cassidy I need you to hang up this phone and put on your big girl panties no scratch that put on your mama panties..........okay nvm that didn't sound good point is act like a big girl okay?" Camille spoke through the phone as Cassidy sat in jaybee car as he went inside the grocery store to get some plastic plates and forks for his mama

"Pray for me Camille and pass the word to Ari he's coming I have to go , you better start praying as soon as I hang up" she said trying to get her words out as fast as she could before he reached the car

"Bye!" She said hanging up real fast trying to act normal as he got inside the car

"You're horrible" he said shaking his head looking over at her before cranking up the car

"I had to call and talk to somebody I'm just so freaking nervous" she said pouting putting her seatbelt on as he pulled off

Cassidy never liked being judged by anyone and the thought of his family judging her made her want to just be invisible she was Terrified that they were gonna dislike her and look at her as a waste of time for being with jaybee while she had kids

Most people thought you couldn't date and have kids at the same time because you won't have enough attention for your significant other because it would be on the kids

Which wasn't really true but true

"You gone let your nerves get the best of you I can already tell, you thinking to much about this

"Okay okay fine I'm done" she said looking over at him as he nodded

"Good" he replied before turning the radio on pulling off

"So let me fill you in , there's my mama she's going to be the one with the black bob she around her late 50's and goes by joy but just call her ms.joyce , she don't like when people act fake so just be yourself if you don't she'll see right through you , don't act shy get to know people if you act like you don't want to get to know anyone she's probably going to think your stuck up , um then there's my twin sister lailah we call her lai she's mostly like me except she doesn't really get along with any girls I date , she's going to try to grill you so don't let her do that and she also gonna try to get in your business she try to be intimidating but she's not at all she's the one who looks like me." He said stating the obvious

"My dad he doesn't really care about who I bring so he just going to sit back and observe he not really into getting into anybody else business so he probably won't talk to you at all , and my aunt Sandra is the nosiest she talk way to much when we get there I'll point her out to you, stay away from her she just to damn nosy"

"A couple of my cousins gonna be there , they cool people so they ain't really gonna try to get in ya business much but they gonna ask some questions but you'll be good ight" he said pulling into a street that was loaded with cars as he found a parking space beside this white Honda

"Remember be yourself, don't let them get to you they can be a little harsh sometimes"

"Wow" she said getting out of the car as jaybee grabbed her hand walking up into the crowded area

There were people everywhere one thing Cassidy noticed was he had a big family and that intimidated her

They're were people in the front yard sitting in chairs , people were sitting on the porch and also on the curves of the road
