Chapter 11

"So how was the date?" Mike asks as he sees Sully has come home. Sully just smiles with his eyes willed with joy and love. "Was it that amazing? How far did you get?" Mike asks even though he knows he would not get an answer. All Sully does is nod his head and walks to his bedroom. "Mission accomplished." Mike thinks aloud and he is jumping with joy at how (f/n) and Sully are together. "Good thing he found that door." He says continuing to think aloud. Mike decide it is his turn to go to bed.
The next day
"Mike wake up it is time to go to work! The sooner it starts the sooner I get to leave to see her." Sully jolly tells Mike. Mike starts to get up and ready for work. "Finding that door was the best thing that ever happened to you." Mike tells Sully after realizing how much of an effect (F/N) had on Sully. "By the way was there a reason in her file saying why her door never got shredded. Cause like she is too old to be used for energy." "The door was not in the system, so maybe they forgot to shred the door." Mike looks at Sully thinking about it. "That can't be true, cause we destroy the door first that get it out of the system." "What are you saying?" Mike takes a breath before saying, "I feel either she knows something about it or another monster is trying to hide her. Just something doesn't seem right about it. Although it could be nothing, there could have just been a glitch." Sully takes in this information trying to understand why her door would not be in the system. "Let's go, Sully and like I said it could just be a glitch." They both head over to work and start their day as normal. The thoughts were still lingering in Sully's head, and it wasn't something he could shake off. He decides to ask the guy in charge of the doors about (F/N)'s door. "I don't know what you are talking about, and I definitely would not be able to give you any information." The door manager says while sliding Sully his number while making sure nobody was looking. Both go there own way, acting like nothing happened. It's time for Mike and Sully to take their break so they head to the locker room. "Adorable, you have a pic of (F/N) in you locker. So when is your next date Sully." Mike asks Sully but he is unresponsive. "Sully, usually you take any excuse to talk about her what's up." Sully just pulls out his phone and saves the number the door manager gave him. "Is that a girls number?" A worried Mike asked. "No and stop asking so many questions. Sully walks out to go make a call leaving Mike alone and confused.
