I never believed in the story of Yokais, mainly because I had always thought them more like a folk story then a dream.
In the past Yokais had been a threat to the human past, because they enjoyed eating fresh human flesh at the time
They still do but I mainly heard that the master was able to control their pets or servants
...
Even if I had said that I don't believe in Yokais.. But..
"But why do I still dream about one protecting me.. " You muttered in the cold breeze with the cold breeze hits your skin like tiny paper cuts dashing around your pale cheeks
You stopped once you heard several boxes falling coming from the left side were there was left a odor scent
Maybe it was just a rat moving around there?
You were about to take another step towards the side walk but heard something that stopped you from going any further
MEOW!
you had stopped walking when you heard a slight cry from a cat coming from the left where the boxes had fell
Without hesitating you ran towards the sound seeing a Calico Cat shivering hiding between the crack of the boxes
Why would people just leave a cat stranded in the cold?!
You gently picked the cat up staring into his black eyes seeing the cat eyes sparkling in a sudden
A slight smile came across the cat that somehow made your heart jumped in a moment when the cat had suddenly snuggled you
....
Grabbing a clean towel making sure to re wetting it with warm water and gently wiped the cats fur
"Cmon stay still so I can clean your fur" You said trying to keep the cat still from moving anywhere
Guess cat do hate water
By the time you finished wiping the cats back you were about to wipe the cat front but something hits you
"Hold on... " You stopped when you wiped something that felted hard and it somehow made the cat jumped
You slowly removed the towel and realize the cat was a guy
....
Your eye bags felt heavy and slowly by slowly you closed your eyes with a slight dream you had seeing a young man who was hovering above you
Your eyes widened seeing the young man who had the ears of a cat and the tail..
!!!
You opened your eyes seeing your cat who was staring at you with the light dimming through the curtains
Was that just a dream..?
You shooked your head and gently cupped the cat face with a slight smile appear on your face
"Aren't you tired..?" You gently pet the cat which made him purrs in delights
Before you fell asleep you slowly leaned in towards the cat face and gently pecked your lips on the cat
After that you closed your heavy eyelids and fell asleep
...
*BUZZ BUZZ*
You groaned from your phone alarming you waking up, and the first thing you noticed was..
The cat was missing?!
Your eyes widened but something else alerts you..
You felt something soft and warm by your hand, and it had a resemblance of a fury tail..
You slowly turned to the right seeing a young man with light blonde hair sleeping next to you
But not only that..
He had the resemblance of the cat ears and the tail...
