Whilst investigating the death of a local police officer, a sugar addict singer called Johny Johny uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, crusty a jar of sugar circulating throughout YeetVille. As soon as anyone uses the a jar of sugar, they have exactly 999999999999999999999999999999 days left to live.

The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look angry, rawr! A marked person feels like a ripped koala to touch.

Johny gets hold of the jar of sugar, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a hot maggot balancing on a scary police officer, an old newspaper headline about someone getting high on sugar and just feckin exploding, a hooded guppy ranting about toes and drinking in an eerie place.

When Johny notices his ears have koala-like properties, he realises that the curse of the crusty a jar of sugar is true and calls in his daddy, a businessman called Papa, to help.

Papa examines the jar of sugar and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the hot maggot balancing on a scary police officer particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death.

Johny and Papa pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded guppy. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
