"You're not fat."
After showering I am confronted with my reflection.
You stand right next to me,
With a wrapped towel around your body.
You give me a kiss on my cheek.
When I ask you if I'm fat, you say that I'm not.
I know you're lying.
Because every time I'm on the beach,
Every time I'm in a fitting room,
Or every time I see a photo of a girl,
I'm reminded again of the fact that I'm fat.
Yet your words gave you a little confidence.
Your lied words.
