Chapter 16 (Mommy?)

Alexis pov

after everything went black I'm somewhere beautiful i look up and see the sun shining through the trees

I continue to walk through the woods until i come to a clearing a meadow the breeze slightly blowing my hair

i close my eyes and smile i feel so at peace I'm not scared or upset or angry i just feel peaceful i look to my left to see a beautiful tree i walk up to it and stand near it looking at the view of the meadow "beautiful isn't it"i hear i look to my right "Mommy!" i run to her and hug her "hello my little flower" she said as she hugged me back petting my hair as she hugs me at my level "I've missed you so much mommy" i cried "i know my little flower" she said as she smiled "but you shouldn't be here" she said i looked up at her "what do you mean" i asked "the reason you and i are seeing each other and touching is because sweetie your heart stopped" my eyes got wide "you mean I'm I'm-"i said not knowing what to say "dead" she said "but i need you to know i love you sweetie very much and so does your daddy" she said "he may not show you the attention you need and he can be pig headed sometimes" she said "but he does love you" mommy said "he's new at this parent thing so give him time sweetie and your uncles everyone loves you so much sweetie that's why you can't be here too long they need you to show them the way" she said "the way" i asked confused "you may not understand now but you will in due time" she said "but...but I'm only three" i said she smiled "my little flower you are so much more than you think just listen to your heart she said" "i missed you so much" i said "there there" she said "it's going to be alright you'll see" she said "why did you have to go" i said "everything has its season where one thing falls and another grows maybe not what was there before but something new and wonderful all the same" she said "but i miss you" i said "I'm always with you even when you can't see me" she said "I'm here I'm here" she said "you need to go now okay" she said i shook my head "i don't wanna go i wanna stay here with you! i said crying "i just wanna stay here with you i don't wanna leave you! like i did that night!" i said "it's all because of me that your gone!" "Alexis" she said "none of this is your fault and you cannot stay here with me not yet you haven't even begun to live your life yet" she said as she smiled at me "you my little flower are going to do incredible things she said now you have to go" i nodded i love you my little flower i love you too i said

Aiden pov

"it's been two days why hasn't she woken up!" Ethan said as he paced the apartment "she did fall off a cliff and almost drowned" i said as i sat on the couch "she'll come back to us" i said "now sit down your pacing is getting on my nerves" i said he plopped down next to me and crossed his arms

Derek pov

"did he say Niece!" Stiles said i crossed my arms "did you know" i looked at Peter glaring at him "i had my suspicions" he said crossing his arms "great so now you just got your daughter taken from you due to neglect and is with two very powerful Alpha's" i said he glared at me "well I'm not the one who took her to a fight" Peter said glaring at Scott Stiles and Isaac "so how do we get her back" Stiles asked" i don't know" i said "i honestly don't know" as stood there fuming

Alexis pov

my eyelids slowly flutter open my vision blurry at first i blink a few times is this Aiden's room i thought i tried to sit up but fell back instantly due to the pain well that hurt i thought okay Alexis you can do this i thought to myself i sucked in a breath finally standing up wincing in pain i walk out the room still kind of groggy i sniff the air following the smell and see my uncles asleep on the couch why am i here i thought i take a step and face plant immediately i mumble in the floor why does my body hurt

Third person pov

Aiden and Ethan were asleep on the couch when they heard a loud "THUD!" they instantly jump to their feet they see Alexis face first on the floor she mumbles something as she is still on the floor they both rush to her Aiden picks her up she is now looking at them "well good morning princess" Ethan said "morning" she said in a groggy voice "how are you feeling" Aiden asked she shrugged but instantly winced Aiden and Ethan looked at each other "what's wrong" Ethan asked "everything hurts" she said "well that will happen when you fall off a cliff" Aiden said she nodded she leaned her forehead on Aiden's "can i show you what i saw" she said they looked at each other at first then Aiden nodded she closed her eyes and showed him the peaceful place she was in and how she saw Abby after Aiden saw everything his eyes widen "you were were-" "dead" she said they looked at each other "but mommy convinced me to come back" she said looking at her uncles "i thought at first everyone would be better off if i joined mommy" she said looking them in the eyes Aiden and Ethan's eyes widen Aiden hugged "Alexis don't you ever think that we don't know what we would do with out you" he said she hugged him back "we will always look out for you" Ethan said "so don't ever think that" he said Alexis nodded "now are you hungry" Aiden asked her she nodded "come on" he said walking into the kitchen with her in his arms
