When I was broken
For taking care
Of others
When I should
Have taken care of myself
I'm sorry for all
Pain I caused you
For all of the love
I deprived you of
And telling you
That you deserved
Less than the best
I'm sorry for telling you
That you had to wait to be happy
And for making you
Feel things
That you shouldn't have
Had to feel
I'm sorry that I let
You accept the
Love you thought you deserved
Which was far from what
You earned
The only person
I need to hear the apology
From is myself
For all the bullshit
I let you endure
