Joselyn Stark wasn't prepared for much of what would happen when she and her family were invited to attend the Tourney at Harrenhal. Not any of it, really. She wasn't prepared for the unexpected presence of the Mad King, Aerys. She wasn't prepared for the sudden influx of potential suitors, many of whom she had never met in her life, all of them vying for her hand in marriage. She wasn't prepared for the Prince Rhaegar Targaryen to place the damning wreath of winter roses in the lap of her younger sister, Lyanna, naming her the Queen of Love and Beauty.
And she certainly wasn't prepared for Ashara Dayne, a woman with the stars held in the palm of her hands.
