The weak link

A/N so um yeet I guess, I like writing so even if people don't like my stories ima keep writing so yeah
Nobody's POV
Lance wasn't important to the team.
He was told that everyday. He knew he wasn't wanted or needed. Allura despised him, Keith saw him as nothing more than a nuisance, to Hunk and Pidge all lance was was a person that they lived with and had to bear though Hunk was better at hiding how annoyed he was with lance than pidge was, Coran was okay but lance knew he hated lance, and Shiro poor poor Shiro just wanted everyone to be happy but even he couldn't bare Lance at times.
It started with small things about lance, he started arriving to breakfast on time but now had obvious dark circles under his eyes, it was a small enough change that Keith and Pidge jokes about it once or twice and then dropped it.
After a while the changes got more obvious, lance was always tiered and eerily quite. He started to get more muscle, lance had stopped showing up to meals all together and though he was getting more muscle, his already skinny frame was getting skinnier. The team talked about him not knowing lance could hear them with ease, when you have a lot of siblings like lance you can learn to sneak around even the quietest of areas. Lance no longer spoke at all not even on missions, he did what he was told and answered with a simple nod or hand gesture. Lance only wore his armor or his blue and white baseball shirt with a jacket and jeans, never letting his arms or legs show, no matter the risk.
No one expected it.
No one was ready for what the found on the floor of the training room when hunk knocked on lances door and there was no response, starting a search of the castle.
Lance had pushed himself to far, training at night as if his life depended on it.
The day lance died was the day the team planned on confronting lance, now they understood.
They were to late
