This is the first story I've ever written. If you see any mistakes I've missed please point them out. I won't be offended.

It was just another quick trip to another planet. Graham, Ryan, Yaz, and The Doctor sitting at the table chatting as I Found a refreshment table. I got one and brought it to the table, asking The Doctor if it was safe to drink. The doctor took a quick scan with her sonic and said it was perfectly safe.

And that's how we got here.

The Doctor had my arm slugged over her shoulder, holding my waist with the other to make sure I didn't fall over again. While Yaz, Ryan, and Graham followed us into the Tardis.

"Is she going to be okay, Doc?" Said Graham. At least I'm pretty sure it's Graham.

"Should be. The drink will wear off. I just want to check out her knee after that fall, and get her into bed to sleep it off." Said the pretty blonde alien that's keeping me from falling.

"I thought you said the drink was safe?" Said Yaz.

"It's completely safe. I just scanned for things that would make it not safe, I forgot to check for side effects. I usually forget to check the side effects. Someone needs to remind me to check for side effects next time. It's very important to make sure you don't get turned into an egg, or grow some extra tentacles or-" Said the Doctor before Yaz cut her off.

"Doctor! Are you sure she's going to be alright?"

"Oh, yeah. Perfectly fine. She won't grow another eye or anything. Nothing to worry about."

I could grow another eye and get some more tentacles? "Illuminati confirmed."

I heard Ryan and Yaz snickering at me while Graham and the doctor just looked confused.

"Why are you laughing at me? It's not nice to laugh at someone when they tell you they want some more tentacles and an extra eye." But that only seemed to make them laugh even more.

"What?" Said Graham and the Doctor simultaneously.

At this point, Ryan and Yaz had calmed down a little, but only enough for Ryan to say "what makes you think you already have tentacles?"

I say lifting my limbs "Because I have these."

That just made them laugh even harder as Ryan says "Them aren't tentacles. They are your arms and legs."

"But I don't want to be an egg." I started crying. Making them laugh at me more.

"Alright. That's enough you two." The doctor said to Ryan and Yaz. She then turned to me and said "You aren't going to turn into an egg. It's going to be okay. Graham, can you help me get her to the med bay?"

"Sure thing Doc." Graham said, coming to the other side of me, slugging my other arm over his shoulder. Ryan and Yaz went to their rooms to head to bed, and the Doctor and Graham took me to the med bay.

Soon enough we arrived at the med bay. Graham and the Doctor setting me on the table.

Once they got me situated the Doctor turned to Graham and said "Thank you for helping me. I'll take it from here. Why don't you go get some rest."

" No problem Doc. I'll see you both in the morning. Oh. And Y/n?"

"Yes?"

"Don't get tentacles without me."

"I won't." I said, as he turned around and left the room chuckling.

Now it was just me and the Doctor. She had her back to me, collecting supplies to make my leg feel better.

As she turned back around after collecting everything she needed, I couldn't help but admire her again. She was so pretty, and intelligent, and curious, and caring, and pretty. And as she knelt down to take a closer look at my knee I couldn't help but tell her.

"You look pretty even without tentacles." That seemed to make her smile as she said: "what makes you think I don't have any tentacles?"

That threw me for a loop. From what Ryan said these stringy things aren't tentacles, and I didn't see anymore on her. "You have tentacles?" I asked brimming with excitement.

"Not anymore, I did have some a long time ago on a planet called Cerberusatopias. It was fun. Alright, this is going to sting for a couple of seconds." As she poured some pure isopropyl alcohol on my cut.

She was right it stung. I grabbed whatever I could find in the heat of the moment, which just so happened to be her coat.

"You're lucky," she said. "It's not that deep. Just need to wrap it up now."

As she put a healing cream on my knee and started to wrap it with gauze, I became keenly aware of how close she was to me. I brought my hand up from her coat to her ear, pushing her hair back behind her ear so I could see her better.

As she finished, she looked up at me. I got lost in her greenish-brown eyes full of wonder and hope, and next thing you know, I brought my other hand up to grab her coat and I pulled her closer to me and kissed her.

It was a quick kiss, but it was all too special. It was something I've wanted to do since she fell into my life, fell into the train that was taking me home. That kiss felt like the moon finally found a place in the world, and fell in love with the stars. And as that kiss ended all I could do was look straight at her. the girl who has the stars in her eyes and the universe at her fingertips. An all to special chaos.

"I've been wanting to do that for a while now," I said, looking into her eyes as we shared this moment not too many people get to experience.

"I feel the same." She said, as she closed her eyes and took my hands into hers and took a deep breath and said, "Why don't we get you into bed."

So that's what we did. She helped me stand up, and walked me to my bedroom. The Tardis rearranging the rooms to make it an easier transition.

After she finished helping me get to bed. She turned around to leave until I grabbed her hand.

"Will you stay with me tonight? Please?" I said.

She turned back around and got underneath the covers with me, with just a simple "yes, I will."

And as we layed there. her on her back, my head on her shoulder, and our arms wrapped around each other. And as we said goodnight. I could picture a million lifetimes with her by my side.
