Basically since the age of fifteen, they have become very comfortable with each other.
Like, very comfortable.
To the point when it's almost uncomfortable for other people.
For example, in the mids of talking with Team 7, Obito would just come out from nowhere and seemingly touch Kakashi's butt without him even reacting to it. Only to the "what the hell are you doing?!" kind of reaction from the team, he would explain that he was looking for some thing he lost.
Other example would be Kakashi basically using his salvia to clean something from Obito's face and Obito having no reaction to it or them walking around and casually touching each other in various states of undress.
It's... Concerning to other people. And they? They almost never get why is everyone else weirded out.
