TWICE added to Korean Music Wave Line-up

DMC Festival organizers announced a surprise addition to the current line-up nine days before the concert.

It was confirmed this morning that TWICE will be attending the music festival after all, after the initial report that they will not be able to join because of conflicts of schedule.

The annual DMC Festival is taking place this year from September 16 to September 24 at the Sangam Culture Plaza and at MBC headquarters at Sangam-dong, Seoul. This year, five concerts have been announced to take place, K-Pop Super Concert, Super Match Seoul, Radio DJ Concert, special Mask King live broadcast, and the Korean Music Festival.

TWICE will join the current line-up for the Korean Music Wave, which is considered the highlight of the DMC festival.

So far, thirteen K-Pop groups have been confirmed for the line-up, including BTS, Black Pink, Red Velvet, EXO, Apink, Seventeen, Wanna One and BTOB.

Three days ago, it has been announced that Cosmic Girls, who was in the original line-up, will not be able to attend the concert due to change of schedules of the members. However, netizens are speculating that this is due to the current problem that the group is having with the the agency, Starship Entertainment

The Korean Music Wave will be hosted by BTS's Jin, actress Kang Sora and Super Junior's Leetuek.
