she had kept it in for so long.

she didn't know exactly where to start when it came to her emotions. she had felt this way since she was nine, but somehow would forget when her chaotic world would swallow her whole. she had kept busy, with some of her favorite things; but sometimes even the blessings would slowly tear at her, piece by piece.
although, she thought she had it good and had plenty of things to be thankful for, she always had a lingering feeling that she was sort of destined to live a deep unfulfilled life; feelings that she thought had been somehow passed down from her manic parents. but she knew that it was all up to her, she made her own decisions and was sure that she would be somebody someday. but she felt as though she was some type of magnet, always attracting the wrong thing at the wrong time. she didn't have time for anyone, she wasn't ready to drown someone in a world where she was already sinking.
but she was trying to get better. she had a lot of things going for her, she had friends, she was social, and even though things weren't always great at home, or she had some type of problem involving her friends or school, she had lasted this far and didn't think there was anything that she couldn't handle. she had been manhandled by life. she was mature, because she had experienced such unexplainable things at such a young age. she knew that she was wise but sometimes all her strength would crumble when she begged to her god to heal her for the things that weren't her fault.
but through the bumpy roads and steep mountains, she had found herself six feet under, completely and utterly in love with someone so opposing. but she didn't care. although it caught her off guard, and the people around her; it was worth it. the weird thing was, was that somehow he couldn't make all her pain go away, or make her forget about it, but he made her understand it; something she didn't realize until she had met him. he would become her rock, strengthen her faith, and although they both knew that, that was selfish, everything would still be okay.

                                               or would it?
