GUYS I RECENTLY FOUND OUT HOW TO MAKE THE GLOW

this is noxturnally serving you glowing people

Apps I used: IbisPaintX

OKAY SO IVE ONLY DONE THIS ONCE BUT IT TURNED OUT OKAY

some of you probably know this from reading my Graphics book

So I got a picture:

Then I brushed it around the model (don't press, just whoosh whoosh)

And I blended the second layer with the first using colour dodge (Or add if you want the glow to be more shiny)
