Part 12: Read, 5 22 pm

~Marina's POV~

It's 8 30 pm, Pearl went out and I'm all alone. And, I'm starting to get lonely and worried. "Pearlie where are you?" sent 5 22 pm, read. "Sigh, this is just fantastic! Leaves me on read! I'm worried sick about her." I say walking into the kitchen and sitting down. This is all my fault, I repeat in my head. I hear a knock on the door, 2 loud knocks, 3 small knocks. That's Pearlie.. But.. she hates me.. doesn't she..
I open the door and greet her.

~Pearl's POV~
"Reena!! I missed you!" I exclaimed, hugging her tightly but, she pushed me away? "It's obvious you... you hate me.." She couldn't hold her tears back anymore and they just started flowing. "R-Rina no! I love you, I would never hate y-" "WHY DIDN'T YOU TEXT ME BACK?! YOU LEFT ME ON READ, I WAS WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU!" She yelled, choking on her words. I closed the door carefully and teared up myself but sucked it up. "Marina, I don't hate you. I didn't mean to leave you on read, I'm s-" "SORRY?! I GOT SO LONELY PEARL!!" I was getting upset, my blood pressure rising with every word she says. "YOU NEVER RESP-" "MARINA JUST STOP YELLING AT ME FOR ONE GOD DAMN MOMENT!" I didn't mean to, yell that much.. I quickly cover my mouth.

~Marina's POV~
It went dead silent. The TV was on in the background, so all we heard was the real news. "I-Im sorry.. I didn't mean to, yell at you I'm.. I can.. I can go.. I'm sorry Rina.." She said walking towards the door. I grabbed her hand and put her in my arms. "I'm sorry too.. I just, I feel so stupid I'm sorry Pearlie.. i-i really am! Believe me please i-" Her small lips meet mine. "It's okay. I'm here now" She says holding onto me. "I'll always love you Marina." "No matter what?" " No matter what."
