"Nova, right?" A voice called behind me, making me jump in my state of fright.


I clenched the spoon in my hand, ready to take out whoever had decided to sneak upon me.


I swung the wooden spoon with so much force it caused a smack sound echo in the cafe.


When I turned around I didn't expect to see what I saw.


Yellow, golden locks fell down his face reaching the red,swollen cheek that was my target.


My mouth dropped in a horror of the scene I just caused, especially to him.


But would anyone blame me since it's 4 in the morning and I just opened up the cafe.


I didn't really expect someone to come in.


"Oh m-my I'm s-so so-r-ry. I didn't realize someone else was here." I said in a frantic voice.


What I didn't expect next was a laugh to come from you.


"You were so shocked." He stated in between a fit of laughs.


What more I didn't expect was the giggles that erupted from me.


"The names Philips, Malcolm Philips."


"Did you just copy James Bond?" I asked.


Your face broke out in a smile, showing your dimples, alluring my face to mirror yours.


You are like a disease of happiness, and a contagious one at that.
