Michael - You carried your 6 year old daughter to her room, her mouth open wide as she was completely dead to the world. You laid her down on her princess bed, her immediately curling into her stuffed animal Michael bought home from tour to her. Speaking of Michael, it was past 12 a.m and he still wasn’t home. You kissed your daughters forehead, travelling downstairs as you tried ringing Michael. Of course he didn’t answer at all. You paced, every time you turned on your heels you grew more angry. You twirled your wedding ring around your finger as a pair of headlights flashed in your view. Oh he’s getting an earful. He stormed in, throwing the keys down and slamming the door shut. “Where have you been?” He twirled the wedding band on his finger around, glaring at you. “Out.” He simply said, beginning to pace as you shook your head. “So you’d rather stay out late with your friends then at home with your wife and daughter?” He looked at you, rolling his eyes. “Y/N, don’t start.” “Don’t start!? You came home three days ago and you haven’t spent an OUNCE of time with us!” He slammed his hands down, gnashing his teeth together as he shook his head. “Can I not spend time with my friends?” “No Michael! God dammit spend time with your family instead.” He marched to you, grabbing your wrists as he pinned them behind you. “Don’t tell me how to run my life, last time I check you weren’t my mother.” You groaned out in pain, him dropping your wrists as he pulled at his hair. You watched, him walking to the dining room. “Michael,” You gasped, seeing him picking up a plate and smashing it to the ground. “MICHAEL!” He smashed another and another, looking at you with hatrid in his eyes. “Get the fuck out of my way.” “No!” “Y/N,” He shoved you to the side, you watching with clouded eyes as he slammed the door once again, leaving you. You began sobbing, looking at the broken pieces of glass scattered everywhere as he was gone. You began sweeping up the glass when your phone started ringing. You saw it was Michael calling. “Hello?” “Is this Y/N Clifford?” You were confused. “This is her?” “Your husband just got into a car accident and is being air lifted to the hospital right now.” You didn’t speak, pulling on your shoes as you dialed your mom, since he had the car. “Hey swee—” “Mom come get me now, please!” There was a pause, as she started to ramble. “What’s going on? What’s happening, ar—” “God dammit mom just hurry up!” You hung up, running upstairs as you saw your daughter was still asleep. Your mom got there quick, coming in and looking around. “Michael got into a wreck, take me to the hospital.” She nodded, as you ran back up to get Mackayla out of bed. “Mommy?” “Yes baby, we’re going to see daddy.” You all got there in record time, all three of you rushing to the front desk. “Michael Clifford?” She told you the room number, your daughter trying to follow. “Stay with grandma baby.” She nodded, sucking her thumb as you found the room. You walked in, seeing Michael’s leg in a cast, his arm in a sling and tubes in his nose. You broke down again, as he noticed you walk in. “Oh god.” You curled into his side, bawling into his gown as he placed his hands shakily on you. “I’m so fucking sorry baby.” “Apology accepted.” You kissed him gently, realizing now how close you can come to losing someone you love.

Luke - “You know what Y/N,” He stopped, his face red, his hair every which of way and his chest heaving. You two have been fighting non-stop the past hour and a half and you had every right to be mad at him. He was seen out with his ex, hugging her and even taking her out to lunch. You were so pissed you started yelling at him, he had no idea why until you showed him the pictures. He shot back with every excuse in the book and you knew he was lying right through his teeth. “Maybe I want to be with her again! Maybe I want her more than I want you! Maybe i’m breaking up with you!” Your heart shattered literally, your breaths coming out in shorts gasps as he shook his head, grabbing the keys and leaving the house with a slam of the door so hard the picture frame of you two fell off of the wall. You picked it up, crying harder as your favorite picture was now ruined. You two were on your first date, you were on his back, smiling and laughing and someone got a picture of it. You hung it up, the first decoration in your new house, something sentimental to the both of you. But now, I guess it meant nothing to him, but still everything to you. You sunk to the floor, sobbing so loud the neighbors probably hearing you. Hours passed, you heard nothing from him. You sat on the couch, your pajamas on as you turned on the news. Nothing could cure a depressed mood other than watching the weather. “We just got word about the almost deadly crash happening just a few moments ago in downtown Sydney,” You sat up straighter, seeing that the car looked familiar. “It was pop star, Luke Hemmings, who is now in critical condition in the hospital.” You looked at the car that sat in the ditch, obviously been flipped multiple times. You jumped up, crying out loud as you jumped into you guys’ other car, rushing to the hospital. When you got there, you saw nurses rushing into a room. You looked in, seeing them giving Luke chest compression’s. “Luke!” You screamed, trying to come in as a nurse held you back. “You can’t go back there ma’am.” “That’s my boyfriend!” She held you as you thrashed, soon giving up and sinking down to the floor. After a few minutes, a doctor stepped out. “He’s going to be fine, a few broken ribs and a concussion. He’s lucky to be alive ma’am.” I stepped in, seeing him with a mask over his face, his body propped up neatly. You walked to him, kneeling beside his bed as he looked to you, his eyes droopy as you started crying again. He pulled his mask down, as you took his hand in yours. “I didn’t mean anything I said. I only want you.” He spoke quietly, you nodding and putting your head on his chest. “I love you.” He nodded, putting the mask back over his face as he comforted you until you both fell asleep in the hospital.
