i gasped sitting up in my bed, i looked around and i was in my bedroom

why was i in my bedroom in loren's apartment?

"morning" she yawned walking in, my brows furrowed at her

"where's kashius and natalia?" i asked

"are you ok?" she chuckled, i can't deal with her why isn't she taking me seriously

"your meeting is in 2 hours so start getting ready cause you know you take long" she said and walked out

i rubbed my temples, i could've sworn i was just with natalia in russia

my eyes widened, someone shot me

"come on y/n! i don't hear the shower running!" loren shouted from downstairs

i walked to the bathroom and took a hot shower, i was still so confused

i sighed and threw on a tight long sleeve grey dress with heels

i straightened my hair and left it down, putting light makeup after

"let's go" loren walked in, i grabbed my bag and my phone

"where are we going?" i asked

"ok y/n what is up with you. you know where we're going so shut up" she said

we got in the car and she drove off, i recognized it to be new york we were in

i was just in russia. . ?

we reached birlem enterprises and got out the car

i wanted to ask her more questions but she looked annoyed already

we walked inside and to her office, it wasn't the same last time i saw it

it looks the same as the first time i ever saw it

"ok so" she sighed and went on her computer, i looked around still confused

"did you take your pill last night?" she asked, "what?"

"your pill? for your dreams?" she said

i slowly shook my head, "well don't forget today, you keep forgetting"

i nodded and her office phone started ringing, she answered

"morning mr. birlem" she said in the phone making my eyes widen

i've heard that name before

"yes she's here- ok shes on her way" she said and hung up

"go into the elevator and press the 40, walk out and make a right and his office is right there" she smiled

i nodded, i went out and walked into the elevator

why isn't everything like before?

there was remodeling and the tiles were changed

everything's back to marble and white themed, just like the first time
