When the Fairy tail guild's worst tragedy happened a young dragon slayer comes to the guild looking to join Fairy tail but with the huge blow taken by the guild will he be able to keep the guild together and help them mend the wound
Y/n POV On the out skirts of town once I arrived I walked in to see a couple members and one of the older guys came up to me
???:Can I help you kid Y/n: Yea My Name is Y/n this is Kuro and we would Like to join FAIRY TAIL!
???:oh well it's been a while since we got any new members Hey Macao we got some one who wants to join the guild
Just then a man with purple hair came over and asked me to follow him
Macao: so you wanna join our guild huh
Y/n: yes sir
Macao: My name is Macao Conbolt and I'm the acting guild master and the guy you were just talking to name is wakaba now you seem like a great kid and if our previous master were still here he would say the same thing let you join no problem and honestly I don't have any objection to you joining either

Macao: Ok so about a year go our guild went thru a tragedy on the darkest day in fairy tail history during our S class trials that were being held on tenrou island there was an attack on the island by grimoire Heart but following that attack the true horror happened the black dragon of the apocalypse acnologia attacked and destroyed the island and all our guild mates along with it the only ones that came back were Wendy and Carla, we didn't even find any remains of them or the island and since then the guild has gone down in morale and strength as you can see we are barely hanging on we lost our guildhall in town we are even close in losing this place I'm actually going to go see about getting a loan from twilight ogre to keep this place running and the request board has been losing jobs if we don't turn around fast there might not be a guild to be a part of in other words our guild is broken and hurting and it's not going to be an easy road even knowing this do you still wanna join fairy tail
Y/n: yes I heard of the incident a year ago and I know that the guild has not yet recovered from it but I don't care I've heard all about the fairy tails story's how they treat each other like family even when you don't have one yourself protect each other and be there for each other in time of need and honestly that fits me to a tee and I want to help everyone here heal and hopefully put the guild back together even if it's no the same I want to help
