Logan's POV:

It took around an hour to finally reach my family's mansion and as soon as I arrived I started to bang onto the large oak door. After about 2 minutes of waiting the door finally opened revealing my uncle.

"Where is she?" I snarled at him.

"You better calm down before you go anywhere near her, I don't want you doing something you will regret yet again" he said causing me and my wolf to whimper. I will never be able to forgive myself for what is and has happened to her all of this is my fault.

"Are you calm now?" he asked a few minutes later. I nodded in reply not trusting myself to not snap at him again.

"Ok good now you can follow me" he said while spinning on his heels and making his way towards the stair case.

Layla's POV:

This morning I had a feeling deep inside of me that something good was actually going to happen. I don't know what it was except I gave up hope just there and then, nothing good is going to happen and I know that now. I have given up hope ever since I knew that I was never going to see Logan again. The thought of Logan made more tears escape from my eyes quicker than they have ever fell before. I can feel my heart slowly breaking and I knew that there is only a short amount of time left before I die.

What seemed like hours of crying but in fact it was only a few minutes the door flew open revealing my mate. Seeing him caused my jaw to drop open in shock and the tears to fall even more I can't believe that he has actually come for me. Maybe he did actually care about me and our baby.

Suddenly arms wrapped about my engulfing me in a tight hug while sparks flied between us. My face was showered with thousands of kisses and not once did he loose his grip on me.

"Layla I am so sorry for what I have done to you and I promise that I will never leave you again and I promise that I will be by your side no matter what" he said with love and devotion in eyes. By this I knew that he was speaking the truth and I believed very word he said.
