It had been a week since seeing the boy in the green shirt. I haven't formally met him but I've been talking to his friends for the past couple of days, people like Marlon, Assim and Omar. It was a Friday morning and I was already running late for school. I grabbed a thing of yogurt out of the fridge and a spoon, I grabbed my coat and my baseball cap and ran out the door. I think I almost got pulled over because I was going 10 miles above the speed limit. I get to school ad seen Violet, Gabe and Mari right next to my parking spot. "What are you guys doing here?" I sat clearly out of breath. "We're here because we have some news for you" Mari said with a smirk. "Well what is it?" I say trying to rush to get my bag out of my trunk. "Umm you know that new kid in your chemistry class? I think he has a thing for you" Violet says. "The new kid? Why would he have a thing for me? I barely know him" I said confused. "Well his name is Louis" Gabe says with an annoyed face. Gabe has had a massive crush on me since last year. "Well I'll make sure to look out for him" I said

Time skip to lunch*

I get to the lunchroom and saw my friends at our normal table. "Hey guys!" I said with a smile. "Hey Clem!" Mari exclaimed. I was confused to see someone new at our table, "Who is this?" I say politely. "Oh um Clem this is Louis" Violet said with a smile. Holy crap, that's him. "It's nice to meet you Louis" I said trying to force a smile. "It's nice to meet you too Clementine" He said. " You can call me Clem"
