3rd person's POV
Miyo was stunned at the sudden realization on what was guarding Rim
"G-guys!"She stuttered out loud as she gestured behind them to hide on the branches of a big tree.
As they all coined there big tree they looked at her curiously on why they were up there and not already fighting the beast.
"That's Rim's spirit...a Kirin."Miyo stated making the people who were not from the Nyanya tribe confused.
"Every Nyanya tribe member has a spirit form in which they can transform into if they bathe in the moon pool but that tradition has been ignored for hundreds of years making the animals or our wild side dormant...I think because of the drug Rim was given her wild side aka spirit animal awoke and is now currently protecting her."Miyo explained towards them
"How do we stop it then?"Alto asked but Rema just shook her hea
"You can't kill a spirit animal because if you kill it you also kill the person who holds the spirit animal."Rema sighed
Rim's POV
"Buddy can't you help me out here?"I asked my spirit animal who looked at me
It stepped away from the cage and burst into flames before charging at it with full speed,closing my eyes I waited for impact but then when I felt nothing I opened my eyes and saw that my spirit animal was only able to make the cage of thorns smoky.
"No!"I heard a yell from the trees making my spirit animal look over to that direction
I could have sworn I recognized that voice but I've been here for so long I am pretty sure that my head was just playing games with me.
"Can I call you Kiri?"I asked my spirit animal who nodded
Kiri started walking towards the source of the sound while I tried to break through the thorns with my claws once again
Gai's POV
We quietly watched as the Kirin walked under us trying to find the source and we all kept our mouths shut as we didn't want it to attack us
"Keep quiet and it won't set us on fire."Miyo mouthed to everyone who nodded in agreement since none of us wanted to be cooked
I searched through my pocket to find my smoke bomb and sighed in relief as I found it stretching my arms for a bit I aimed it far away before throwing it
The Kirin heard the sound of three smoke bomb and followed it far away with a flame charge
"Now is our Chance to rescue her let's go!"Miyo yelled as we ran after to Rim
