Long-distanced friendship

Chapter 1. The Beginning

She was my best friend since the day I met her. Her name was Jordyn, I met her in first grade. I had just transferred schools and it was my first year at this school.  You know how the teacher in elementary school always knows who is going to be in his/her class and you get a name tag for everything, well, my teacher didn't even know that I was going to be in her class. It was my first year, on the first day of school in 2013. I was so excited, I was young and I loved school. I got on the bus and we drove off . When I saw Jordyn, it was like looking at an angel, she was really nice, she was pretty, all that I had wanted in a friend. Don't worry I'am not a lesbian, she just looked like a good person. I started talking to her and she kind of liked me. But she already had a best friend, her name was Destinee. They had been kind of close since they had already spent kindergarten together.
