Monica's First, Second, & Third Heart Cancer Struggles

First:

Monica got her first heart cancer after giving birth to Flames a month ago. Both Fumos & Monica visit their old friend Dr. Clifford "Cliff" McClain. It reveals that Monica has stage 2 heart cancer. Monica cried on Fumos's shoulder as Fumos lets her. Later on, both Fumos & Monica tell their kids the good & bad news. The kids decided to help their mother and few weeks later. Monica survived it

Second:

Monica got her second heart cancer a month after Fumos's leave, Flames decided to make her version of Monica's past heart cancer medicines. Flames makes sure that she's doing the right thing, Monica takes Flames's medicines twice a week. Monica survived it

Third:

Monica got her third heart cancer few days after Heidi's birth, Fumos got so mad that he yelled at Monica for the first time in history! Later, Fumos says sorry & Monica forgives him. Monica also record a message before her death with the help of The Fleming Kids. After Tord and everyone leaves Monica's grave, Fumos, Ximena, & their kids (including Alyssa) arrives 15 minutes later. Fumos sings True Colors & Just A Dreamer by using Monica's neon orange electric guitar that Luis made for her
