Her knuckles are bruised,
Anger courses through her,
From her horrid parents.
She didn't hurt anyone,
Just her bedroom wall..
she sees him,
All anger fades at his worried expression,
The one he gives her.
He's worried about HER.
She smiles softly at him,
Reassuring him.
