The next week were our finals. It was hard, but I studied well and I had the feeling it would all turn out fine. On the last day of our exams, the scar in my neck kept burning. Evertime I rubbed my neck, someone would notice and ask me if I was alright. Every time someone asked, I told them that I was fine. The one who didn't believe me was (obviusly) Draco. He insisted on taking me to the Hospital wing, but I told him it was nothing to worry about. But it was something to worry about. I had the feeling something was coming, something bad. After the last exam I walked out with Harry, Ron and Hermoine. I saw that Harry kept rubbing his scar too.
"I always heard that Hogwarts final exams were frightful, but I found it rather enjoyable." Hermoine said happily. "Speak for yourself. All right there, Harry, (Y/N)?" Ron asked us. "Our scars-" Harry begins. "They keep burning." I finished. "It happened before." Hermoine states. "Not like this." Harry said. "Perhaps you should see the nurse." Ron proposes. "I think it's a warning. It means danger's coming." I explained.
"Of course." Harry whispers to himself while looking towards Hagrid's hut. "What is it?" Hermoine asked. I knew where Harry was going with this. "Don't you think it's a bit strange what Hagrid wants the most is a dragon and a stranger turns up who just happens to have one?" Harry asked while walking on a faster pace. "I mean how many people wander around with dragon eggs in there pockets. Why didn't I see it before?" He asked himself.
We broke out into a run. We stopped, panting in front of Hagrid. "Hagrid, who gave you the dragon egg? What did he look like?" Harry asked. "I don't know, he kept his hood up." He answered. "The stranger, though, you and he must have talked." I asked quickly. "Well, he wanted to know what sort of creatures I looked after. I told him. I said, "After Fluffy, a dragon's gonna be no problem." He said. "Did he seem interested in Fluffy?" I asked anxious, afraid of the answer. "Well, of course he was interested in Fluffy. How often do you come across a three-headed dog, even if you're in the trade? But I told him. I said, "The trick with any beast is to know how to calm him. Take Fluffy for example. Just play him a bit of music and he falls straight asleep."
This confirmed it, Snape now knew how to get past Fluffy. The three of us shared a look and bolted off. Hagrid yelled after us, but we were a bit busy with something else. We ran into McGonagall's classroom and stopped in front of her desk. "We need to see professor Dumbledore, immediately!" I told her. "I'm afraid professor Dumbledore is not here. He received an urgent owl from the Ministry of Magic and left immediately for London." She replied calmly. "He's gone? But this is important! It's about......The Philosopher's Stone." I told her, whispering the last part. She looked dumbfounded. "How do you know?" She asked softly. "Someone is going to try and steal it." I said, avoiding her question. "I don't know how you four found out about the stone, but I assure you it's perfectly well protected. Now would you go back to your dormitories? Quietly." We looked at each other for a moment and left with a sigh.
When we walked out into the hallway Harry spoke. "It was no stranger Hagrid met in the village, it was Snape. Which means that Snape knows how to get past Fluffy." "And with Dumbledore gone-" I started. "Good afternoon." A cold voice greeted from behind us. It was Snape. "Now, what would four young Gryffindors such as yourselves be doing inside on a day like this?" He asked coldly. "We.....uhm." Hermoine stuttered. "We were just leaving professor McGonagall's classroom, we needed to ask her something about the exams." I lied. He seemed to buy it.
"Is it me or am I good at lying?" I asked myself.
"You ought to be carefull. People will think you're up to something." He finished and he turned around. "Now what do we do?" Hermoine asked hopeless. "We go down the trapdoor, tonight."

It was time for dinner and I was sitting at the Slytherin table, because Draco dragged me from the Gryffindor to the Slytherin table. Everyone was very nice, except for Pansy. She would try and take participation in the conversations we had, but got rejected every time she tried, because she tried to make a bad person of me. Luckily the other Slytherin's didn't take it in to well.
